The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.02.2026 in Case Crime No.0041 of 2026, under Sections 303 (2) of B.N.S. Police Station Chandausi District Sambhal (Annexure No.1) to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.02.2026 in Case Crime No.0041 of 2026, under Sections 303 (2) of B.N.S. Police Station Chandausi District Sambhal." Briefly put the prosecution case set out in the F.I.R. is that the petitioners have stolen court records pertaining to their own cases. Shri Rajesh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is no evi
