The petitioners have come up seeking to quash the the FIR dated 14.09.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0125 of 2024, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, Police Station- Swaroop Nagar, District- Kanpur Nagar. 2. Heard Ms. Rinki Gupta, learned Counsel for the petitioners in support of the motion to admit this petition to hearing and Mr. Ghanshyam Kumar, learned Additional Government Advocate-I appearing on behalf of the State.
