Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Mukesh Joshi holding brief of Sri Rahul Saxena, learned counsel for respondent No. 4 and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 4.2.2026 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0087 of 2026, under Sections 281, 125(a), 352, 109(1), 351(3), 324(2) of B.N.S., Police Station-Faridpur, District-Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has next submitted that from the allegation made in the first information report, no offence, whatsoever, is disclosed against the petitioner and, as such, the impugned first information report qua the petitioner is liable to be quashed.
