The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.2 and 3 to conduct the fair, proper and impartial investigation in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 03.12.2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 255 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Gujaini, District Kanpur Nagar from any independent investigating team/agency, within a time bound manner as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue any suitable writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.
