Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of petitioner, today in Court, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA for the State has pointed out that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has also been submitted against the petitioner on 27.01.2026. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts but has submitted that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage. 5. Learned AGA for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. March 12, 2026 VKG (Achal Sachdev,J.)
