Writ Petition challenging the first informant report dated 06.12.2025 lodged by first informant/respondent-3, Ramrathi Varma and registered as Case Crime No. 065 of 2025 under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C., Police Station-Cantt., District-Varanasi. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of the facts and circumstances of the case as have now emerged on record, the criminal prosecution of petitioners pursuant to the impugned F.I.R. is unsustainable in law and fact.
