Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner at great length in support of the motion to admit this petition to hearing and Mr. Shashi Shekhar Tiwari, learned Additional Government Government, appearing for the State respondents. 2. The petitioner has come up with a prayer seeking to quash the impugned FIR giving rise to Case Crime No. 536 of 2024, under Sections 223, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 8/13 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act 1998, Police Station - Bansgaon, District - Gorakhpur. 3. The allegation against the petitioner, which has come in the testimony of the accomplice is of taking money for securing public employment. The petitioner's name has surfaced in the statement of co-accused Ratnesh Kumar Chaudhary who sat the police recruitment examination and disappeared from the examin
