Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction to the respondents no. 2 and 3 to arrest accused person-respondents no. 4 to 14 as well as mandamus commanding the respondents to uphold the rule of law and changed the Investigating Officer to ensure completion of the fair investigation in First Information Report dated 22.01.2026 registered as Case Crime No. 0014 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 351, 351(3), 333, 74 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Araul, District Kanpur Nagar, and further to ensure the protection of fundamental right of the petitioner inside under Article 21 of the Constitution of India by providing the police protection to the petitioner and his family.
