The petitioners have sought for the following reliefs: “i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 31.12.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0314 of 2025 under Sections 115(2), 127(2), 351(2), 352 of the B.N.S., Police Station - Kotwali, District-Budaun. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in the F.I.R dated 31.12.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0314 of 2025 under Sections 115(2), 127(2), 351(2), 352 of the B.N.S., Police Station -Kotwali, District-Budaun."
