Writ Petition challenging the first information report dated 03.01.2026 lodged by first informant/respondent-4, Bablu Singh Verma and registered as Case Crime No. 0005 of 2026, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Muzaffar Nagar. 4.
