Under challenge is the F.I.R. 30.12.2025 bearing F.I.R. / Case Crime No.0244 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023, P.S. Aliganj, District Ambedkar Nagar. 4. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that from a perusal of the impugned FIR it emerges that the son of the petitioner namely Rahul along with petitioner had gone to the house of the complainant and thereafter have forcibly taken away the minor daughter of the complainant aged about 15 years who is still not traceable. 5.
