Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3 and Sri A.K.Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the caveator. 3. Under challenge is the First Information Report dated 23.02.2026 registered as Case Crime No.0034 of 2026, under Sections 85, 80 (2), 115 (2), 351 (3) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3 & 4 of the D.P.Act P.S. Motiganj, District Gonda. 4. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that from a perusal of the impugned FIR it emerges that the daughter of the respondent no. 4 who had got married on 13.05.2025 is said to have died on 22.02.2026. The death of the deceased is said to be on account of harassment that has been extended by her in laws and her husband.
