Under challenge is the F.I.R. 08.01.2026 bearing F.I.R. / Case Crime No.0007 of 2026, under Sections 3(5), 109, 115(2) and 333 of B.N.S., 2023, P.S. Asandra, District Barabanki. 4. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that from a perusal of the impugned FIR it emerges that the petitioners are said to have beaten up the complainant and other persons as a result of which the impugned FIR has been lodged. 5.
