At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that in the instant case, he has filed counter affidavit in the Registry on 24.2.2026, however, the same is not on record. 4. Office to trace out the same and place it on record. 5. Learned A.G.A. has further pointed out that in the instant case, the investigation has already been concluded and the final report has been submitted in favour of the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact but states that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it. 7.
