The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.84 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) BNS, Police Station Collectorganj, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that in the FIR, the applicant was named as one of the accused on the basis of apprehension and doubt.
