The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 185 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and Sections 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S., registered at Police Station Meerapur, District Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. 3.
