The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 54 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238, 3(5), 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Neoria, District- Pilibhit, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the deceased was missing on 10.03.2025. Thereafter, a missing report/F.I.R dated 12.03.2025 was lodged against unknown persons. Subsequently, upon recovery of the dead body of the deceased on 14.03.2025, the mother of the deceased submitted an application dated 14.03.2025 to the concerned SHO, stating therein, that prior to the incident in question, the present applicant, along with three other accused persons, had threatened the decea
