The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Arun Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2026, under Sections 3(5), 221, 196(1), 189 B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3 & 5(1) of Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2024, registered at Police Station Line Bazar, District Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the co-accused Amit Kumar and Munna Chauhan have already been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 15.3.2025 passed in
