Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar Kanojia, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Uma Shankar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Golu @ Pushkar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 428 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(3) B.N.S. and section 3/25/27(1) Arms Act, registered at Police Station Jani, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 4.
