The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.207 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 191(2) BNS, Police Station-Madnapur, District-Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that allegation has been made against the applicant in the FIR regarding expressing doubt over his involvement with other accused persons in murdering the son of the first informant. It is further submitted that there is no incriminating material against the applicant, even no recovery has been made on pointing out of the applicant.
