The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Jeevan Lal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 657 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5), 61(2), 238 B.N.S. and Section 66(D) of I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Kotwali Karwi, District Chitrakoot, during pendency of the trial. 3.
