The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Natthu Ram, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 657 of 2025, under Sections 319 (2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5), 61(2), 238 of B.N.S. and Section 66(D) IT Act , registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Chitrakoot, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that it is alleged that the applicant is said to have received Rs. 10,74,846/- in his bank account from the government treasury of district-Chitrakoot and he has refunded
