The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 962 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Bulandshahar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, the name of the applicant surfaced as an accused in the confessional statement of the co-accused, though there has been no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the applicant and even then, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
