The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Complaint Case No. 1441 of 2013, arising out of Case Crime No. 932 of 2010, under Section- 302 IPC, Police Station- Powyan, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that initially an FIR was lodged on 20.08.2010 for the incident that took place on 26.06.2010 through the process of an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed on 30.06.2010, and police, after investigation, submitted a final report in the year 2011.
