The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 123 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 61(Kha) of B.N.S., Police Station- Chandpur, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation made that unknown persons had murdered the husband of the first informant by using sharp-edged weapon. It is further submitted that, upon perusal of the postmortem report, it is clear that all injuries were caused by hard and blunt object.
