The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 177 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 80(2), 85 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Jiyanpur, District Azamgarh during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is however husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
