The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.031 of 2026, under Sections- 103(1), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station-Medical, District-Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein allegations were made against the named accused, Vishu, for torturing and subsequently murdering the sister of the first informant. The name of the applicant has subsequently been roped in on the basis of an application filed by the first informant, wherein it is alleged that, apart from the named accused Vishu, the present applicant, along with his wife, is also involved in the aforesaid conspiracy.
