The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.669 of 2025 , under Section- 103(1) BNS, Police Station-Tajganj, District-Agra, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was named in the FIR merely on the basis of information received from alleged eyewitnesses. However, the said eyewitnesses have clearly stated that although a quarrel took place between the applicant and the deceased one day prior to the incident, none of them witnessed the incident itself.
