Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Ms Haya Rizvi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Bhupendra Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 82 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238(a), 3/5(61)(2)(a) BNS, Police Station-Chhapar, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was neither named in the FIR nor in the statement of the first informant or any witness. Subsequently, on the basis of information received from an informer, the applicant was arrested merely on the basis of recovery of one country-made pistol. He has been falsely implicated, and there is no incriminating material against him. It is further submitted that co-accused Shakir and Rubina alias Bina, have already been released on bail by
