Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Jitendra Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Himanshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 626 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 191(1), 191(3) BNS, Police Station-Lohiya Nagar, District- Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, his name surfaced during the investigation, and thereafter, the police also showed recovery of a concrete stone along with two other accused persons, Aman and Aqib. It is further submitted that the co-accused, Aman, has already been released on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc.
