The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.327 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238, 61(2) of BNS, Police Station-Partapur, District-Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is the brother-in-law of the daughter of the first informant, and no specific allegation has been made against him. Rather, specific allegations have been made against the son-in-law by the first informant, and the applicant has been falsely implicated because he is the brother of the said son-in-law.
