Heard Sri Manvendra Narain Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Divyansh Rai, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Anand Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 214 of 2024, under Sections- 103(1), 61(2)(A) BNS, Police Station-Bankata, District-Deoria, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was neither named in the FIR nor in the statement of the first informant, and that the version given in the statement of the first informant is entirely different from the version mentioned in the FIR. It is further submitted that the only allegation against the applicant is that he conducted reiki prior to the incident i
