Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and pursued the material available on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No.0141 of 2024, under Section 18, 20 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Dahi, District- Unnao. 3. As per the prosecution case, the contraband substance i.e., 1.575 kg of charas is said to be recovered from the possession of the applicant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the prosecution has not complied with the mandatory provision of Section 50 of N.D.P.S. Act. It is further submitted that the applicant has previous criminal history of six cases, which is duly explained in para no.24 of the affidavit filed in support of bail
