The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.550 of 2025, under Sections- 109, 309(4), 317(2) BNS, Police Station-Jalesar, District-Etah, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR wherein the allegation has been made that three persons had fired upon the salesman of the first informant who remained unhurt and the applicant has been falsely implicated merely on the basis of recovery of one country made pistol after 20 days from the date of incident, though, there was no other incriminating material against the applicant.
