The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.0044 of 2026, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 308(5), 352, 351(2) BNS, 2023, Police Station- Hapur Nagar, District- Hapur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the allegation in the FIR against the applicant is that he introduced son of the first informant to co-accused Sadab, subsequently, he started blackmailing the son of the first informant and also extracted Rs. 5,30,400/-.
