Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.684 of 2025, under Sections 103(2), 142, 308(5), 3(5), 119, 123, 61(2) BNS, Police Station Khorabar, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant against nine named accused persons and 3-4 unknown persons by moving an application U/s 173(4) BNSS on 16.8.2025. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
