Supplementary affidavit filed by the applicant is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No. 438 of 2025, under Sections 61(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) B.N.S., Police Station Gazipur, District Lucknow. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. At the time of arrest, the arrest memo of the accused categorically records that there were no injuries on his body. CCTV footage of the premises from where the applicant has been arrested, shows that the arresting of the applicant has been done on 3.1.2026 at 01.10 pm, however, in utter dis
