The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Session Trial No.85 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 311 of 2023, under Sections 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station-Jalaun, District-Jalaun at Orai, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, on the basis of recovery of Rs.2,000/- and a country-made pistol, the applicant has been falsely implicated, though, there is no other incriminating material connecting the applicant to the incident mentioned in the FIR.
