Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar Dwivedi along with Ms Sneha Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.250 of 2025, under Sections- 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali, District- Etawah, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the allegation in the FIR, the applicant has received Rs.2,60,000/- from the first informant in lieu of providing job. It is further submitted that applicant is ready to return the aforesaid amount to the person who has transferred the same to the account of the applicant.
