Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.It is alleged in the prosecution case that the applicant along with three other named accused persons and 10-12 unknown persons on 1.2.2025 at about 7.00p.m. started beating the complainant's sons and their friends with lathi and iron rod due to which the they suffered serious injuries on their month and head. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the injured Rishabh Srivastava has suffered simple injuries as per medical report. In the x-ray examination report of the injured, no abnormality has been reported and alleged injury on scalp was found simple in nature. The other injured persons have also sustained simple injuries. The applicant has no previous criminal history. The applicant is in jai
