The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Mohd. Jabir Ali, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.110 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, registered at Police Station Syed Raza, District Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that name of the applicant has surfaced in the confession statement of co-accused Pawan Kumar Yadav and two alive cows are said to have recovered from the vehicle which was being driven by the the said Pawan Kumar Yadav.
