The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant Vivek, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.564 of 2025, under Sections 310(2), 317(3) BNS and 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Jalesar, District Etah, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that FIR has been lodged against unknown persons and during investigation applicant is said to have been arrested with stolen Buffalow and some country made pistols are also said to have been recovered from his possession.
