Heard Sri Pawan Kumar, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Ashutosh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0704 of 2025, under Sections- 324(4), 333, 191(2), 193(3), 190, 352, 109(1), 115(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Katghar, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, though in the FIR the allegation has been made that the applicant along with the other co-accused persons had fired upon the first informant and thereafter beaten him mercilessly. It is further submitted that from the perusal of the injury report, it is clear that the injured has not received any injury and even the injuries that has been shown in the injury report are simple
