Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.0131 of 2024, under Sections 504, 506, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Araniya, District Bulandshahr. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant has been falsely implicated, though, there is no incriminating material against him. He further submitted that in the FIR, the allegation was made against the named co-accused Gayatri for taking money of Rs.1.5 lacs from the first informant, which was subsequently returned by Gayatri Devi, and she was granted bail on this ground by this Court in Criminal Misc.
