The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.04 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(2), 3(5), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Rampur Manjha, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was neither named in the FIR nor in the statements of the first informant or any witness. Subsequently, the name of the applicant has been surfaced in the statement of the co-accused Vibhash Pandey @ Rinku Pandey but no role of causing any injury has been assigned to the applicant even by the co-accused in his confessional statement.
