The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.374 of 2021, under Sections- 302, 34 IPC, Police Station-Bahjoi, District-Sambhal, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR but in the FIR as well as in the statement of witnesses, specific allegation of causing injury to the deceased with iron pipe has been assigned to the co-accused Bhure and after completion of investigation, final report was submitted against the applicant.
