Heard Sri Dhirendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Bimla Prasad, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Anand Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.05 of 2026, under Sections- 103(1) of BNS, 2023, Police Station-Iliya, District-Chandauli, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that though in the FIR, the name of the applicant has been mentioned but the deceased in his dying declaration made specific allegation of causing firearm injuries to the co-accused Ravi @ Shashikant Mishra which resulted into his death. It is further submitted that there is no recovery of any weapon from the applicant and same has been recovered on pointing out of the co-accus
