Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the allegations against the applicant as has been levelled in the F.I.R., are that the applicant on the pretext of marriage enticed her away to Lucknow and against her wishes established physical relationship. Thereafter she became pregnant, who took her to Shyam Hospital and got her abortion. It has also been alleged in the F.I.R., that the applicant also took her obscene photographs and video was also prepared and threatened to viral the same.
