The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No.0360 of 2023, under Section 18/ 20 of N.D.P.S Act, Police Station- Dahi, District- Unnao. 4. As per the prosecution case, the contraband substance i.e., 1.175 kg of charas is said to be recovered from the possession of the applicant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the police has not sent the sample to Forensic Science Laboratory for examination within prescribed period; the prosecution has not complied with the mandatory provision of Section 50 of N.D.P.S.
