The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2026, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 352, 333, 115(2), 190, 109(1) of BNS, 2023, Police Station- Mundali, District- Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, the name of the applicant came into the picture in the statement of the first informant, who is also injured. It is further submitted that the only allegation against the applicant is that he kicked the first informant. All injuries to the first informant as well as the injured are simple in nature. No specific role has been assigned to any of the accused,
